Power off the robot

Take it off the base and hold POWER for 3 seconds.

Wipe the cliff sensors

Turn the robot over, find the cliff sensors underneath near the bumper, and wipe off dust and residue with a clean, dry cloth.

Restart from the dock

Set the robot back on the base to power it on, then press VACUUM. If the error repeats, contact Shark support with your model and the code.
