Remove the brushes

Flip the robot, press the green tab on the brush frame, and lift both rollers out.

Strip hair from rollers and end caps

Pull the end caps off and clean the hair packed underneath — that hidden wrap is what usually stalls the motor.

Clear the brush cage

Check the cavity and gears for wedged debris before refitting the rollers.

Refit and test

Reinstall the brushes, close the frame, and press CLEAN. If the error returns with clean rollers, replace the brushes.
